• Finalize Quickly: Upon completion of your return, review it promptly and finalize your e-file documentation. Multiple review requests and delays in finalizing documentation can extend processing time and increase costs.

What does our tax preparation service include?

How does it work?

• We provide you with a personalized Tax Organizer for returning customers or a FREE electronic blank Tax Organizer for new customers, along with an Individual Tax Questionnaire to gather the required information.
• You gather all documentation for Individual Tax Preparation, including your completed organizer and Individual Tax Questionnaire.
• Upload the completed documents and supporting documentation via your secure ShareFile account.
• We prepare your Federal & State Income Tax Returns and contact you regarding any open items or questions.
• You provide additional information as needed.
• We finalize your return, send you an invoice, and upload a copy of your return to ShareFile upon payment.
• You review the accuracy of your return, complete the necessary e-file documentation, and return it to our office (via ShareFile, mail, or hand-delivery).
• We electronically file your return on your behalf.

When is it due?

• The original filing due date for Individual Tax Returns is April 15 each year.

Important Deadlines:

• Documentation for Partnerships & Corporations is due by February 1, 2024.
• Documentation for individuals with Single Member LLCs is due by March 1, 2024.
• Documentation for individuals is due by March 20, 2024.

• All required documentation, including Tax Questionnaires, must be received by the specified due dates to facilitate filing by the spring deadlines. Expedited fees may apply for late submissions.

Please note that if your due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the due date is extended to the next business day.
